The customer service is still mediocre from a few years ago. I used to see Kristie (whom was wonderful) but they canceled my appointment and lied , stated that I canceled it and never accommodated me. The back and forth exchange of texts was extremely unprofessional and I stated I wouldn’t return . I left for a few years then returned and booked with Kristie b/c I had an event to attend and they gave me to someone else stating I had to call to request who I wanted to do my lashes even though they have a self serving website where you choose before hand who you want to do your lashes. Once you tell them about their services or lack of service they treat you different and are not kind . The gentleman they gave me to once I arrived was actually way better and more personable so I will be returning to see him only. I will also triple check that it will be with the gentleman that did my lashes this last visit given that apparently the website doesn’t work when clearly choose the name of the person you want . The new girl at reception was only on her second day and apologized and knew that they were wrong. I honestly felt bad for her having to deal with relaying messages and back and forth issues.
